Guest Promises – Paradise Ocean Resort
Your vacation should feel easy, relaxing, and enjoyable from the moment you arrive. To help create that experience for every family staying with us, Paradise Ocean Resort asks all guests to follow a few important promises during their visit. These policies help maintain a low-noise, family-friendly environment while supporting guest safety, pool safety, clean shared spaces, and respect for everyone on the property.
A family-friendly stay starts with shared respect.
We take great pride in our family-friendly environment and there are certain standards and rules that we promise our guests will adhere to while visiting. All guests must agree to and follow rules, to help ensure the enjoyment of everyone here at Paradise Ocean Resort.
Low-Noise Environment
Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am for all guests. No speakers or radios are allowed at any time outside of the guest rooms.
Guest Safety
No glass of any kind, or anything breakable like ceramic, will be permitted anywhere outside of your room.
Pool Safety
Pool rules are strictly enforced for the safety and equal enjoyment of all guests. No lifeguard is on duty. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
E-Bike & Scooter Hazard
Electric bikes and e-scooters are not permitted in our guest rooms or on our property. Regular bicycles or scooters may be locked up in the picnic area only.
Smoke Free Environment
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all guest rooms and in any public areas such as the office, restrooms and walkways. Paradise provides designated smoking areas, away from guest rooms.
No Pet Policy
No pets allowed on property for any reason.
